ZWA is proud to offer and maintain partnerships and teaming opportunities with a variety of engineering and surveying companies throughout the United States to provide services nationwide.

Over 25 years of diversified project management and surveying experience, a former and current business owner/ partner Mr. Zamora has developed extensive experience in boundary surveying, horizontal and vertical control projects, aerial photogrammetry, subdivisions, topographic surveys, large acreage surveys, route surveys, cellular tower site surveys, easements, GPS surveying and mapping, TxDOT Design and Right-of-way surveys, and construction surveys.
Mr. Zamora has been the sole managing owner of Zamora, L.L.C. (ZWA) since May 2009. He was previously a majority owner/partner of Zamora-Warrick and Associates, L.L.C. which was founded in September 2001. He has managed the production of substantial consulting services for clients in the private and public sectors. Mr. Zamora’s professional profile includes: project management, project principal, construction management, contract administrator, business development, consultant and agency liaison, quality management/quality control and has managed the financial aspects of the surveying business. Mr. Zamora has made significant organizational contributions in database management for Zamora, LLC. He has continued to strive for processes in quality, committed to providing error-free products, utilizing a continuous improvement process and focusing on preventative, rather than corrective measures.
As project manager, Mr. Zamora has provided professional land surveying and mapping services for clients such as TxDOT, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Natural Resources Conservation Service, City of Austin, City of Austin Neighborhood Housing Authority, City of El Paso, Lower Colorado River Authority, HUNT Communities, Paseo Del Este Municipal Utility District, Mortenson Construction, Horizon Regional Municipal Utility District, Various Developers and Private Entities.

Mr. Segura has 15 years of technical office survey experience and 4 years of field experience. As a CADD specialist, he has experience in boundary surveys, subdivisions, land title surveys, metes-and-bounds descriptions, utility/drainage/misc. easements, right-ofway retracement, right-of-way acquisition mapping and parcels.
Mr. Segura is in charge of all technical standards and policies for the CADD production in ZWA’s offices. He also manages all technical deliverable aspects for ZWA’s projects.
Mr. Segura is well experienced with various software, including Microstation, GEOPAK and Autodesk Civil 3D.
Xavier is a geomatics professional with over 10 years of combined field and office
experience, bringing both technical expertise and operational leadership to the firm.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Mathematics from New Mexico State University, where he developed a strong foundation in spatial analysis and mapping technologies.
He has passed both the Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) and Principles and Practice of
Surveying (PS) exams through National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and currently holds a Surveying Intern (SI) certification (Certificate No. 8261) through the New Mexico Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and
Professional Surveyors. He is actively pursuing full Professional Surveyor licensure in New Mexico, with plans to obtain licensure in Texas.
Xavier manages all operations for the El Paso office, including staff oversight, project
coordination, quality control, and client relations. He is proficient in Civil 3D, photogrammetry, and LiDAR, enabling him to integrate advanced geospatial
technologies with traditional surveying practices. Upon licensure, he plans to expand
the firm’s services into New Mexico, supporting continued regional growth and
increased project capacity.
